It was a decent and cheap place to stay. I stayed here for about a year and went to Mississippi State. It is about a 10 minute drive from campus which is not too bad. I only paid about $500 in rent for a one bed one bath. Bats were a problem though.

cedar cove is inexpensive and you get what you paid for! The place is old and it looks everyday of it. The carpets are filthy there are holes in the walls where they ripped out the baseboard that they claim was never there. The space between the door and the actual frame is so wide you can see outside (and they wont fix it. which brings me to the management of this place, the people who run this place behave as if you have no right to ask for anything. It takes weeks to get them to work on any problems.(i had to wait over a month and a half to get them to look at a problem). They leave the ground filthy and only clean if they have a showing. Half of the units are vacant now and as soon as our lease is up we're out of here. Not to mention the bugs and roaches that are everywhere and all those vacant apartments have the windows open and they smell from the mold growing on the carpets from the rain that's been getting into them. in short, Don't live here!
