When I first moved here there were a few issues Then the current owners took over and it went to sh..... quick they let anyone move in at one time 15 apartments in my row of 20 were all on probation the smell of weed could be smelled on the street as you drove past and the week was a good week if the police only came 5 times or less Then the Reno began and it looks good on the surface but the paint is so cheap and bad it is peeling off the walls the light switch and socket covers are filthy. Still have the weed issues. People do what ever they want management sucks they don't lift a finger to help they say they are and act like they are sending email to help but nothing get handled. And when asked anything they just look at you like your crazy. ...

great apartment complex for college students. They have laundry services on grounds and it is a gated community. I would definitely recommend Thom Slate to friends. All utilities included in rent with wi fi and cable as well.
