I lived in The Phoenix for a year, what I really like is it has a shuttle to take you to school. The apartment has 2 gyms and multiple pools which is great. The pricing is high but its because of all the services they have. Parking is not good. If you
rent an apartment you only have 1 parking space. When I was there the main gate was always open so that was very unsafe. Homeless people wold enter to look over the garbage bins.

Good location, close to campus and public transit. Prior to Covid restrictions there was a shuttle bus to campus, hopefully this will continue when classes resume on campus.
Management is slow to respond to issues, return phone calls, or answer emails.
Maintenance staff is fantastic and very responsive.
Rents have increased to where this isn't a bargain to live here anymore. "Luxury" amenities that were added with new management company takeover several years ago certainly cater to the typical 18-22 year old college student and ignore that there are older students, non-college students, and families with children living here as well.
"Security" patrol that has been hired for this property is also slow to respond when called and lacks any power in resolving issues if they do show up.
