It is way too expensive for what they offer. The only benefit is the location. It is right next to campus and you are able to take the buses. The staff is not helpful and they are very rude. They never answer questions and have lost people's belongings on numerous occasions. They up charge so much for parking and they randomly put "late fees" on your rent to try and get extra money without you noticing. Do not live there. ...

Well. It has been an experience. Since we moved in we have had to place 5 maitenance calls. Everything breaks! They are very expensive and not friendly at all. The mail is always getting lost. On a good side the appartment is a nice size

Overall pretty good, location is a bit far but well worth it for the maintainence and the apartment quality. Enjoyed living here, friendly people and safe space to hang out with friends. Cant complain.

I've lived in the oaks for two years now, the rent has raised and they still have not responded to maintenance requests created months ago. Every weekend you can hear parties from other tenants and sometimes people yelling on the street outside. Close to campus, but no free parking despite the high rent. ...

Living at the Oaks on the Square during this very unpredictable time period while doing all my classes online was a great experience. The majority of my friends also live in the complex so it was such a relief that I could walk to them whenever I wanted to see them. Having the stores beneath and a bigger grocery store within walking distance was also a huge part of my every day. This proximity to campus is also a huge plus. ...

The oaks is a very nice place to live with a great location. The walls however are extremely thin so if you have a noisy neighbor the noise level is not good. Very nice apartments but they definitely take advantage in terms of the prices. They know there’s not many options and have ridiculous prices which is why I had to share a studio. No matter what floor plan you choose it’ll be a nice apartment but not much space and very pricey. (You also have to pay a ton for parking) ...

Apartments are really nice, but management could be better. They really should advocate for the students living there and take it into consideration that students already have a lot on their plate. They did not do well in the pandemic. I wasn't parking there because I had to go home and I was still charged for parking. ...
