I have been living here for a year now and it isn't too bad. The prices are very cheap but keep in mind you get what you pay for. I have not personally had any trouble with my apartment minus the key cards (front door key) constantly stop working. I will be staying for another year, so there are no real complaints about this place. The clubhouse is very nice to study, they have a 24/7 gym and coffee bar. Arguable the worst apartment I've been at, cheap but comes at a price. Maintenance is lazy, everything breaks in the apartments because they are old appliances. Sometimes entrance gate works, sometimes it doesn't.
