I like living at Dean Apartments because of the location. It is really close to all of the restaurants, bars, stores, etc. on Grand River Ave which is convenient for walking to places. But, the apartment building itself is not the cleanest and it is really hard to get ahold of maintenance if there is a maintenance issue in our apartment. ...
