I rented here for the 2022-2023 school year and it was an absolute joke. I moved into a DISGUSTING apartment that was nowhere near ready for people to move into. The previous tenants were filthy and there was ZERO cleaning that happened before I moved in. There were candy wrappers and hair all over in my room. The shower curtain was sticking to itself with dried vomit. I of course brought this up to management and they had someone come and walk through the apartment and see how filthy it was. She told us she would schedule cleaners for us and they should be here in a couple days. They never came and we never heard back from management about it. So we had to deep clean the apartment ourselves. Fast forward 9 months when it's time to move out, we are expected to clean the apartment to a "White glove standard" or we pay heavy fees. I spoke to management about it and asked if they could cover the cleaning for us since we did it all ourselves when we first moved in. I was told that they had no note of our apartment being dirty and them telling us they would bring cleaners doesn't mean anything because they can't make any verbal agreements. Also don't get sucked in by the free laundry and pool + hot tub. The hot tub was down for probably 6 of the 9 months I lived there and the washers were constantly out of service or ruining my clothes. TLDR; If you are considering staying at red rock, DON'T. I promise it's worth the extra couple hundred bucks to stay at literally any other student housing. ...

The structure of the apartment is nice. I like my room kitchen, bathroom and living room. I like the area its in is very nice. The neighborhood is great. Only down side is that its 10 min away from campus.

I had 5 roommates at RR. In a couple buildings over there were always parties and stuff. My experience was overall good. I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger because your kind of forced to sleep on a twin bed.

Honestly Red Rock Ridge has been a really great place to live. I don’t love my roommates, but they are very kind and worked with me. Red Rock Ridge also has a really great maintenance staff, one of the fridges in my apartment was broken and they came back multiple time to check in it and make sure the problem was fixed. ...

It has been an awesome experience so far. I personally love it here. I really like my roommates and the staff. Everything about this place feels like a home away from home. I look forward to the rest of my time at Red Rock Ridge.

It's really nice. You share the place with 5 roommates but you each get your own room and two bathrooms. The people are nice and the place is affordable. Its a few minutes from campus and you can take the bus if needed.

I really enjoy red rock. it is a GREAT place to stay for what you are paying. It's off campus but close enough to get there quick. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very large. The staff is very helpful and even prints things for you for free at the clubhouse. ...

Red Rock is very organized and informing the resident of current situations. Every day, maintenance is cleaning the area and free of litter. In a safe neighborhood, and close to stores and gas stations.
