Living at Pine View Apartments was a great experience! The apartments are conveniently located very close to campus, so I walked to school every day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and furnished, making it very easy for college students. While there is parking, sometimes people would have to double-park their cars during the night which could potentially be problematic if someone didn't move their car in time - but I never had a problem with this. As a bonus, there is a swimming pool, but I rarely used it because the weather turned too cold quickly into the school year. Pine View is a great apartment complex located close to campus. Bus stop is located right outside across the street. The apartments are very clean and nice. The commons allow for the housing to be very social and upbeat. Overall a great place to live.

I love Pine View! The whole complex is a very social place and there's a great energy there! Obviously this makes it a bit loud at times, but a closed door eliminates most of that. The managers are AWESOME and are so helpful. Any maintenance issues I've had were resolved within a day or two of submitting a work order. Pineview was an amazing first year college experience living away from home. It was very social, and was easy to make friends and get to know your neighbors. It was always kept clean and sanitary. Lots of students enjoyed the environment there and would always prefer to be at my apartment, then their own. My actual apartment was the right size and was perfect for what I needed! ...

Pine View is a very great place for any aged college student to live. It is in a great location, close to campus. The managers and residents there are very friendly. It is also a very social environment, everyone is looking to make friends.

Pine View is a very social apartment building and everybody knows everybody!! It's like a family that everyone is a part of even though they aren't home. Everyone keeps their doors open and it is always a well kept, clean apartment building.

All staff and maintenance are very friendly, respectful, and respond quickly to questions and concerns. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, bordering the game fields and the university proper.

The apartments are very very close to campus which is great except all of my classes are online. My upstairs neighbors are very loud in late hours of the nights, and a lot of residents are very noisy in the lobby area. The actual apartments don't have enough storage for 5-6 roommates. The apartments are decently close to shopping areas, and has a big pool(but closed early because of high covid cases and the weather I believe). ...
