I've lived here for almost two years. It is a good size and fairly affordable. My room is in the basement and is probably the biggest bedroom I have ever had in my life. The place is a little outdated and there have been minor maintenance issues from time to time. There are lots of children that live at the complex and they can sometimes be loud.
