Enjoyable experience. No maintenance issues. Parking was fine. Staff was great. Neighbors were nice. I lived there for a year and had a great time. It was close to groceries and restaurants. Good place.

My experience at osprey pointe has been great besides the termite infestation! I can hear my neighbors through the walls and the trash bin outside is always full which leads to trash being placed on the ground. Besides this discrepancy, the area is fifteen to twenty minutes away from everything. The tenants are good people and I have no complaints about them. I believe osprey pointe is understaffed, due to responding days later to emails or not responding at all. So far so good. ...
