Do not live here. They changed my building, unit, & roommates that i selected day before move-in with no notice or explanation. When i moved in my room had no blinds, there was paint on the mattress, desk, & carpet, mold covered up with paint, bathroom covered in debris and mold, a broken stove, peeling furniture, and chipped wall. Not to mention that laundry is not free and most of the time my small loads came out the dryer still wet. Overtime more issues came including a leaking sealing, a broken garbage disposal, and last but not least mice. And when i reported it, the manager took no accountability, showed no sympathy, and gave me the run around. ...

It is a very good place to live, not too far from the school. The staff is very friendly. The amenities are available to any occupants. The room are very clean. You can be confident for your security.

I love Morgan View Apartments at Morgan State University!! It is honestly a phenomenal residence. From the residents down to the maintenance staff, everyone is so welcoming and has a burst of energy. You will always feel safe here on property! A PLUS!

My only real complaint about Morgan view is the room are very small. The test they have in there is way to big and takes up a lot of the space in the room. Also I don't see the need for us to pay for new parking passes every school year if we are still residences there. ...

The safety at Morganview increased during the year which was great, especially the guard at the back gate. The shuttle service is not reliable with following schedules so I often had to walk to and from campus. The worst part of Morganview was the maintenance. I put in several work orders and many items never got fixed. ...

Being at Morgan View has it’s ups and downs. I really enjoy having my own room and being close to campus but I wish the staff could be more understanding to our needs. Like we should have vending machines in the actual apartment buildings. We should also be able to bring whoever we want in our apartments. On a scale of 1-10 I would give Morgan View a 5 because for all the money we pay I should LOVE living here. But I understand that nothing can be perfect. ...
