Everyone you meet is very friendly. Never be afraid to ask questions as the staff is there to help you find your way with the most safe and easy way. Roommates are very respectful. Whenever there is a test, I have my own space to study and once I let my roommates I know, they are not too noisy. Classmates and roommates get along and respect each other's space. The room is very clean and spaced out. If there is any issues, the maintenance crew fixes it without a hesitation. ...

I have really enjoyed living at Knights Circle. The location is very convenient since it is right across the street from campus and located next to many restaurants. Maintenance always comes within a day of a complaint and I have no problems with feeling unsafe. I would recommend this apartment to UCF students. ...

Honestly its been really well so far, decent sized rooms private bathrooms ok kitchen what more do you need. All of the issues I have had have been fixed by maintenance within 24 hours of requesting and it was done relatively fast.

It has been pretty good since I have started living there. The maintenance staff is really nice and if you have any sort of problem it gets solved relatively quickly. The amenities are a huge plus as well.

Knights Circle has consistently met all my needs and wants. Whenever something is broken in the apartment, a smoke detector, oven, air conditioner, the maintenance staff is quick and efficient with a solution. Knights Circle is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes within the UCF area! I loved the community that was very school oriented. The grounds always seam to be kept in great shape and the staff is very friendly. Parking was never an issue. All residents seam to be respectful and clean. Its really great, I just wish there was better cleaning before we moved in. The laundry room in my 4x4 apartment was really dusty and the tiles were all stained. I love the area of the complex though! The gates make me feel safe.

Knight's Circle is a really nice place to live in especially if you are someone who doesn't want to keep track of multiple bills. Your rent/utilities is all on one charge that you pay every month and it is quite convenient.
