I live in an end unit and by a dumpster. At night there are raccoons and coyotes coming from the golf course and it is pitch black because there are no street lights on. There's a stop sign that people always run-through and it scares me because i have a 5year old that could go in the street or my dog and ive had a loss in the past. They won't build a playground for the kids because of liability i think so kids safety worries me because like I said....people run the stop sign. We have a pool and it is closed. No other amenities besides heat and water included in rent which is nice but the temp isn't consistent because the house isn't weatherized And ive had flooding. I feel like the foundation is shifting cause the ceilings are cracking badly ...
