Grandmarc is a great place to live if you attend Texas Christian University, It is just off campus but not too far from campus so the trips to class are not bad, you could either choose to drive or walk comfortably.

They recently opened up the amenities, which were previously closed. My experience while the amenities have been open has been nothing but positive. The staff is always helpful and nice, but maintenance requests are usually not satisfied for weeks.
