I love the Charleston Townes apartments because they are very spacious. You need to be a functioning responsible adult and take care of the basics of the house and DO NOT contact maintenance because you will get charged for every little thing. If your fridge has a broken part, light bulbs out, broken wood on the deck, toilet unclogged, etc. My roommates called maintenance for everything and we got charged for everything.
