I only stayed at Campus Creek townhomes for my senior year at Ferris. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. One of the downsides was that all the townhomes got new stoves the summer before I moved in and for some reason our unit didnβt get the new
stove until winter that year. They also changed the light fixtures without much of a notice to us. Otherwise itβs a very safe feeling area and has comfortable living spaces.

Campus Creek is a great place to live if you want to live with friends and meet new people. They have several different housing options so you can make any roommate situation work, and all your neighbors are college kids too, so you're all in the same
boat. On the weekends everyone is always hanging out at each other's houses and moving around. Similar to living in the dorms, but with your own bedrooms and full living areas and kitchens. Management isn't always the most helpful, but that's something you get used to once you're there.

I read all the bad reviews on google before I signed my lease but decided to ignore them because management seemed so nice & welcoming. They're unorganized and don't care about the tenants at all. Don't waste your time & money, go elsewhere.

Campus Creek's location was very close to campus, there was plenty of parking, and many other college students around to be able to mingle with. There are also clubhouse amenities which were very nice to use such as volleyball courts, and a fire pit and
grill.

I have had a very good experience at Campus Creek, they have been really good about helping out with any issues we may have, making sure people in all buildings are happy and following the rules, as well as doing anything they can to make our experience
the best they can. I have met lots sof new friends here, and I would recommend it to anyone.
