Up to date in utilities and provides almost all of them except wifi, landlord is not the best at communication. Parking is included and it has a rec center that has a very well equipped gym, several cardio machines like treadmills and ellipiticals and a full stack of dumbells of all weights as well as benches and machines for backs and squats. The upstairs of the center has a pool table, ping pong table, fusball table, etc, as well as tanning bed that is offered for free if you are a resident. I have lived with B&L for two years now and have loved every moment of it. Utilities are included, new amenities are provided, and the atmosphere is secluded yet friendly. I would not choose anyone over B&L.
