This complex essentially “gets the job done” in terms of cheaper housing while going to college. They have been recently updated but some of the internal work is pretty old so you kind of just have to get lucky and hope your apartment is fully functional. Having included utilities is a huge plus and taking walks by the nearby lake during the daytime is nice. If I were a female I would suggest probably living with a roommate. It can get pretty loud depending which building you live in but my bedroom stays quiet although my living area doesn’t. Overall not the worst, but not the best. ...
