Some units in this community are uninhabitable due to persistent issues like foul odors, water damage, and poor maintenance. The unsafe environment, including potential (black) mold and respiratory hazards, makes it difficult to live here. Additionally, the management is unresponsive and irresponsible in addressing these concerns. ...

This place is terrible. They will shut off water left and right and the place is poorly maintained. The “hot tub” is green with bacteria and the pool is filled with garbage and dirt. But you’ll pay at least 1500+ in rent. The water shut off is the worst part. They’ll email you about it with a smile and carry on with their lives as they go home to shower. If you like to be without water AND still pay a water bill then this dump is the place for you. I have a screenshot of their lovely water shut off notices in ONE month alone. Take a look…But they will still demand you pay that bill. I’ve only been here a month and I’m over it. If you’re thinking of moving here…don’t…you’ve been warned. ...
