These idiots are currently trying to screw me over by saying I owe them for damages even though I have a signed move out sheet saying all ok at move-out. I had the worst neighbor upstairs and even though he had over six complaints against him the apartment management did nothing (their policy is eviction after three complaints). These are a bunch of morons who can not figure out how to make a profit so they attempt to collect money not owed to them. I would never move here again. Thank God I am living in a house I own now. I will let everyone know if I ever get the money issue with them resolved. I would say lawyer-up at move out because you are gonna need it. Well I hope this serves as fair warning and that no one rents here. P.S. Property looks nice from outside but that is just a ruse. Worst ever these aholes can rot in hell. ...
