The office workers are nice and the maintenance workers are as well. Not to happy about the structure of the building based off of the noise from other apartments and how the floors creek. Satisfied of the location

I’ve rented through them for 5 years and from what I’ve seen they have nice complexes. Nice people and they have a good variety of different complexes to choose from. Maintenance and customer service could be better.

I've lived at Embassy for more than 4 years now. Great place to live. Maintenance is great and reliable. Laundry room has room for improvement, I'd say needs cleaned/updated. Overall a great complex and the location is amazing. Highly recommended.

The office staff is so nice. They will help you all they can to ensure you can get a place and the maintenance team is always a call away and they won’t stop until the job is done. This is by far the best experience I have had renting.

Going on my 5th year and absolutely love it. No complaints as everyone is helpful. Laundry on site is a plus as well as the free internet. Definitely glad I moved in. Close to the downtown area and MSU

Ryan the new manager is world class. He has been so kind to me. The new leasing agent Amelia has been so helpful to me. I love the location. When things need addressed they are quick to tackle it. I am excited for the renovations they are making.

Overall, a reasonable, ok priced, place to live. If you go to MSU it is very walkable and has good amounts of space. Well-maintained and maintenance responds quickly once the office gets ahold of them and is very helpful.

TLDR; management can be unreachable at points, i dont have access to a working mailbox, they wont fix certain things, but it is cheap and safe. Walls are thin, and the communal washrooms are out of order. If you want reliable communication from management, or the ability to receive mail, look elsewhere. When I moved in during the summer, you could not get through the phone, couldn't get a call back. Every time to get information I had to physically show up at the office. When we finally got moving in underway, I was told to provide proof of renter's insurance to their parent company's email. It kept getting sent back saying they "could not find my lease in their systems." I moved in 6 months ago, and only as of LAST WEEK was my proof of insurance even accepted into the system. As for mail, I have not had mail in the building since December. It was being held at the post office because USPS regulations changed, and they won't use a door with a code. I repeatedly had USPS management tell me that -I as the tenant- needed to communicate with management because they once again, do not return phone calls, and they couldn't get a hold of corporate. Even still, when I confronted management, they said they "weren't willing to change the doors because they were expensive." IT TOOK ME GOING TO THE POSTMASTER BEFORE ANYTHING WAS DONE. Now, in March, only now are they "trying to move the mailboxes outside". That being said, the apartment is clean, and rent is cheap in a relatively good neighborhood. However, the building is really old, and the kitchen cabinets are barely holding together. I've tried getting maintenance to fix it, they came in, take one look and my sink cabinet(which the bottom has completely collapsed and half my cabinets are unuseable) and go "oh its just old itll do that" and marked it as fixed without even leaving a note. I tried complaining to management about it and they went "oh ill have to look into that" and as per usual, never got back to me." Walls are very thin. You can be laying in your bedroom and hear a full conversation of two people talking outside. Also, despite the communal washing room being brand new, last I tried to use them they were out of order but still took my money, and all you can do is call a 3rd party number which also doesn't get back to you. ...
