It’s in stones throw of Walmart and they have really good Internet here Been here for 11 years They allow pets and stuff and they have their own swimming area plus little station for a poop picking up poop

Just signed my third lease. The newest apartment manager is the best they have had! He is doing his best to remove the riff raff from the neighborhood and make it what it should be. You cant go wrong with the location either.

I've lived here since July 2020, and have no complaints other than sometimes I can't park RIGHT next to my building entrance and have to walk across the parking lot. Two pools, great location, great staff, amazing neighbors. The apartments are clean, up to date, and well taken care of. The maintenance staff are great, and the management staff make sure the only thing we have to worry about is enjoying our time here. You can walk to downtown or to MSU, and I feel safe enough I'll forgo the Uber and walk home after a night on the town. Between the location, the price, and the people, you can't beat this place. ...

The place is great for the most part, for an older building it's kept in good shape and a great value. The place is clean and everything works and the amenities are good as well. The only complaint I have is for my specific buildings parking lot which is honestly terrible and small. There are never enough spots and the pull in is so steep I often scrape the bottom of my car. All in all I liked it enough to sign another lease here. I rented from fall 2017 through spring 2018. ...

It's a good place to live. The location is amazing. Just a little over half a mile from the square. The parking lot is a bit small, but it's not too bad. Management is helpful and responds in a timely manner. We've never had any issues with the neighbors in our building. Definitely renewing our lease I rented from fall 2017 through summer 2018. ...

I've lived at Southwinds for about a year now, and I really enjoy it. The management is easy to get in contact with, the maintenance is amazing, and my apartment is very nice. The parking lot could use a bit of work, but that's about it! If I have any issues management and maintenance always take care of it in a very timely fashion. Close to campus, two pools for the summer. Has laundry mats on the grounds. Neighbors don't make too much noise. A really good price for my two bed room and two bath. Can't complain. I rented from spring 2015 through summer 2016.

Though Southwinds wasn't my first choice in apartment when I was first looking, I am very happy with my choice to live there in the end. I chose TSH specifically: 2 bed, 2 bath, with a good sized kitchen/dining space and a living room connected to a patio. I really like living there and have already signed up for another year. The maintenance staff is amazingly helpful. The community is good. And the price is extremely reasonable, including Wi-Fi and DirecTv. I highly recommend Southwinds, close to campus and Bear Line stops. There are also two pools, convenient laundry, and it's pet friendly! I rented from summer 2015 through winter 2016. ...
