2857 Themis is INFESTED with cockroaches. The landlords do quarterly bug sprays but it is not enough to fight the thousands of cockroaches running around your unit. Sometimes, they do not use a company to fight roaches, they spray themselves. They charge you for cockroach treatment when the place has likely been infested for YEARS. Most recently, there has been a bed bug outbreak. They provided 1 bed bug treatment which was not enough. 10/10 do NOT recommend ...
