Former Resident

Maintenance is a joke! They will take forever to start a job an never complete it. They will never answer the after hours phone and have no problem leaving someone with out ac or heat since they are not experienced with that type of maintenance. Oh, and you better hope you never have a leak because they certainly do not how to do any plumbing. Sewage back up on ALL the downstairs units. RUN FAR AWAY! The low rent is not worth it! ...
