Office not accessible to tenants Staff does not answer phone. You have to leave a vm and hopefully they return your call in a few days. Pool is never open. Perk of the place and they don’t unlock it. And no notice as to why or when it will be allowed use They charged me 550 for being two weeks late!! And they will demand payment but cut your access off online so you can make said payment. They will NOT take any other payment than debit online. Their paperwork says you can use other forms but office will refuse Tenants will harass you as you walk your pets past the leasing building. And you send many emails and calls until the issue is addressed Hallways in buildings are so gross. Dirty, stained walls and carpet and the smell is the worst. I’m always embarrassed bringing friends thru Then they don’t tell you when you move in but they will raise your rent 100 Every Year you live here. Keep that in mind if you are considering here for long term ...
