It's actually supposed to be The Woods at Windrose Creek. Regardless, the fixtures in the apartments are terrible, and the parking is ridiculous. Residents end up parking in the back, because there's no visiter parking regulations. To have a carport, the rent is around $30/mo. If you have pets, the deposit is $300 per pet, plus $30/mo for pet rent, just so you know. The neighborhood is in a good location, and the scenery is nice. However the road is one way which is kind of confusing for first time guests. The pool is also not the best; it's rough and looks like it's crumbling in some places. And if you like to work out, the fitness center here is a joke. The worst thing about this complex is the management. Maintenance is also not very good. They say they'll come in the morning, then don't show up till almost noon. All in all, I would not recommend moving here. I wish I could break my lease, and I have already told everyone I know not to come here. ...
