These apartments are full of mold and if you live on first floor, youll smell funky gas from the sewer. and the sump pump is very noisy when it runs..the floors are uneven. maintanance is lazy and does quick fixes..bad condensation in the winter, that the walls sweat and become moist around the electical units..call to let them know and you get cursed out like your bothering them and nothing gets done..these apts need big time care..whats running this and the other apts in the area (the same property mangement company), aught to be shot in the ass for the price to live in a fucking hubble.. stoves bearly work..mold inside the windows and screens dont fit, not even the patio screen..bug problems galore, especially fruit flies coming out of all the sinks (pipes need to be replaced). Ants big time around all windows ( they never spray these apts). my suggestion...Run as fast as you can. Dont rent here because you will be stuck on a full years lease, Nasty attitude from jennefer..she got an answer for everything except she dont live here. and never leaves her desk..so what does she know??..Good luck!! ...
