Property staff is always friendly, any issues are fixed in a timely manner (99% of the time they are the same day or the very next day). Move in special is phenomenal and can be pro-rated off of your rent. There is also an outstanding amount of closet space (1 walk-in in the master bedroom that is probably 1/3 of the size of your bedroom, 1 walk-in in the Hallway that is a considerable size for an apartment, a wall to wall closet in the second bedroom, and a coat closet in the entry), so storage space is not a problem. Grounds are beautifully maintained & the buildings are secure and that's a plus. CONS: closet on patio stores water heater and furnace, no in unit washer and dryers, building are old so you can occasionally hear your neighbors. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in a safe, nice part of west county, in an excellent community and excellent schools at an affordable price. I rented from fall '05 through spring '07. ...
