So far has not good, they do not keep up with the maintain the area, little to no security, vehicles have been broke into. Finding a parking place is very limited and the parking garage is two blocks away. The place is inundated with homeless and street fights. Not the ideal location to be a single parent but the options were limited due to my budget. The internet is the cheapest they could get, zero access point points, slow, internet is provided out of Idaho. You have to call to get them to reset the main router. The weather outside reached 85, yet they would not let us turn on the A.C. because it was "technically winter still" ...
