Absolutely worst rental company I've ever had. I have mold all over that they refuse to come service since APRIL! They also took the carpet off the stairs and removed a dishwasher and replaced all with spray painted black plywood and when I questioned them they basically said I already signed the lease and they wouldn't do anything. We also have toilet water leaks that are still not repaired, stair noses coming off our stairs with sharp dangerous points and the company is nonresponsive and dismissive. Water also leaks in every time it rains and gets under the floor so who knows how much mold is actually here. If you can avoid it, do not rent with them. Epitome of a slumlord at this point ...
