I moved to this place in the winter months and it seemed pretty quite. In the summer months it got really loud with a million kids running through your yard, kicking holes through your fence, and dog feces everywhere and we don't own a pet. I always had dog waste in my yard on the sidewalks, and you cannot walk on the sidewalk because dog owners let their dogs go everywhere. I had leaks in the kitchen ceiling the entire time and leaks that left puddle in the basement. I called the office every time it rained. They would get a cheap laborer to bang on the roof and it would still leak. You have to buy your own fridge, washer and dryer and cut your own lawn when nobody gives a damn about theirs. Lawns are dandelion and clover filled laced with dog crap. No LIE!! You might as well suck it up and pay a little extra to go somewhere else. When it comes time to more out no matter how hard you clean you will not get your $995 deposit back. They are not good managers. Look at my walk thru its clean and I still owe hundreds of dollars.
