DO NOT MOVE HERE. These people are a very money hungry. They will nickel and dime you as much as they can get away with. Also very bad black mold problem in multiple apartments along with bug infestations. Please save yourself with the trouble and don't move here. ...

Disappointed. The garage gates rarely ever work allowing thieves to break in to cars or steal them off. CLUB YOUR CARS! The amenities are not maintained golf simulator hasn’t worked in months. Management will say it’s fixed but it breaks the same week everytime. Trash rooms are dirty and packed they don’t clean. You can’t get into the room because residents just pile stuff in. Stains in the carpets with dogs and their hair. The elevators have gotten residents stuck. Stains around vents and cracks in the ceilings (top floors). This property used to be nice when it opened and it’s gone downhill. The property manager Riley, she talks in circles (truth, someone else said it too) and doesn’t really care about your issues. Just wants you out of her office. Management doesn’t maintain the property well anymore (see photos, in additions to the stuff mentioned already). Dog feces through the grass areas no dog park. Communication with residents is lacking. They don’t do resident events as much anymore, so us residents have formed our own events to make friends. The only thing nice is the location. Many of our friends have moved because of the downhill, we will be too not to long after. ...
