Can't beat the price, and repairs were always handled promptly. It's an old building though, and things are falling apart. We had a bad roach problem too. The neighbors were always pretty quiet, so I never had trouble studying here. But personally, I'd rather pay a little more and live somewhere a bit nicer. I rented from summer 11 through fall 11. ...
