I really have enjoyed living at campus lodge. I recommend campus lodge for anyone that is looking for somewhere affordable and convenient. The shuttle to campus during the week and to Walmart on the weekend is a huge bonus. Not to mention all the staff members in the office are very friendly. ...

It's been good, I don't really have any complaints. Maintenance usually arrives within a reasonable amount of time. Our neighbors are pretty chill so we got lucky with that. Lastly, the service of the administration has been good as well.

Great place to live! There’s a place for dogs to play & the amenities are great. There’s in-unit laundry and full size appliances. The parking lots are well maintained, as well as the common areas. Overall, a well-managed complex.

Campus Lodge does the job of providing an affordable place to live. However, the location is rather noisy and maintenance requests are not always fulfilled properly. Make sure your doors lock properly because ours didn't for about a month.

Campus lodge is the cheapest housing Mizzou offers and has a free shuttle to and from campus on weekdays and weekends. I really like the grounds and the fact that there is always events going on. It does get kind of loud sometimes, but what do you expect from apartments full of college students. The only negative to the apartments is that when you move in they are very dirty. ...

I recommend Campus lodge because of the value and location. The apartment is a good size it comes with all the appliances (microwave, tv, washer/dryer, internet, cable etc.) and furnished all you need to pay on top of base rent is electric. It’s close to campus but it’s also close to a park which is important since I have a dog, and it isn’t far from grocery stores while still being on a relatively quiet road. Safety has definitely improved immensely since my first year living here, they installed cameras and I’ve seen a security car driving around periodically at night. The staff always does their best to accommodate people and answer any questions you have they also put on events designed to encourage community. There are a few maintenance issues but the maintenance staff is made up of some truly hardworking guys and most of the staff in general wants to get to know you, basically there’s opportunity to see familiar faces not just in your building but on staff as well. It isn’t the most wheelchair accessible place would probably be the only thing to note. ...

Campus lodge is a horrible apartment complex for a variety of reasons. First of all the internet hardly ever works and when it is working it is incredibly slow. The furniture is sub par at best. The chairs provided for my roommates and me all broke within 1 month. The couch is extremely uncomfortable and almost all of the furniture wobbles at the slightest touch. All of the appliances did not work properly. One of the burners on the stove did not work, the fridge leaked so that there was a pool of water sitting at the bottom fridge constantly, and the washer did not clean the clothes at all. The AC unit was broken the whole year and anytime maintenance would come to inspect it they would tell us it worked fine even though it would not cool the apartment below 80 degrees. The staff would not fix any of the above problems and when we would tell them the issues with the place they would tell us that everything was working fine when clearly it was not. The staff has terrible customer service and treats you like an idiot when you try to contest any of the ridiculous extra charges. The utilities are included in the rent but the limit is so low that if you want to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature you should expect to pay an extra $60 dollars a month. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. As I stated the living conditions are poor and the staff is disrespectful and apathetic. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...
