Worst place I've ever rented because both of the bedrooms are 50 feet from a train. Trains come through an average of once per hour. They go slower during the day but at night they speed through, which makes them twice as loud - and will rattle everything throughout your apartment. We had to put our bed in the living room because it was the furthest location from the train tracks. Also, the walls are not insulated and it almost seems like the walls act to amplify the sounds between apartments! I could hear my neighbors' dogs all night long. Good place if you need somewhere that allows dogs and smokers. The scents of dog pee and stale cigarettes will carry into your apartment. Not my thing, yick. It was so awful that I ended up searching for a house to buy so I'd never have to rent anywhere again - so really, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I rented from summer '09 through fall '09. ...
