PARENTS BEWARE - this location is full of loopholes with their contracts, fees and inability to ever talk to someone within their office. It is a one sided relationship and you should look at options prior to making any commitments with this organization. They charge an unsubstantiated transfer fee if your student moves within their building to stay with their company and facility even though it is not in their contract. They then force you to pay extra fees and late fees as they commit to conversations about the fees and contracts and then never get back to you. Communication is horrible, security is lacking (broken door handles), no one at front desk, building is filthy most of the time after the school year starts and again no ability to ever reach anyone especially if your student makes volumes of calls or visits to the sister location. Check other places before you commit here. ...

The Knoll is a good place, price-wise if you want to share a room, but single rooms are on the more expensive end. It’s usually quiet, but the weekends are obviously louder if you have loud neighbors, because of thin walls. The price is variable each month, we were told it was 610/ month but usually end up paying 680/ month when factoring in electric. We expected it to be more than 610 but not that much more. The amenities are nice and high quality (patio, workout facility, rooftop patio) but they haven’t been open due to COVID. ...
