Horrible... Neighbors are loud and do not care about noise, smoking , loud music and loud muffled cars at all times of the night. I do not feel safe cops are here dealing with someone every single hour of the night.

The price is affordable for a college student. The staff is helpful but not always accommodating. Maintenance is fast and reliable! The roommate selection could be better. I got moved around twice within 3 months of my lease which I was not looking forward to because it was inconvenient for me to keep moving around. I enjoy the close commute to class and the fact that it was cheap! ...
