2530 Quarry Rd NE Sauk Rapids 56379 apt 303 It’s a nice apt in a good location. I moved in with my dryer not working I mentioned it and they said I was loading my drying to much, which I wasn’t. Then I mentioned it again they had someone come out he said it was just lint. I mentioned it again 3 months later because I had the same issue I was just dealing with it. I’ve had 6 different men in my apt trying to fix it, It’s not fixed. It takes 3 hours for my laundry to dry. I’m really not pleased they just keep saying they will fix it. I’ve mention some type of compensation for my utilities not working sense I moved it. They ignored that. I moved in there was dog shit everywhere and after complaining which I shouldn’t have to do, they sent out a mass text to have people pick it up. They also installed doggie areas which is nice. Construction people came out to changed the siding on the building, they left metal chunks everywhere in the grass, someone could get cut by them. I mentioned it and they said they would fix the problem. They never did, the pieces are still everywhere in the grass. A dog foot could get cut. I’m just not pleased what’s so ever. ...
