The quality rating of excellent is based on living in the 14030 building (building where the office is located). This building is the newest on the property and has a security entrance.
Living in the other buildings on the property might not be a good
idea.
The management and staff are all very friendly, HOWEVER... when it comes time to get something fixed, be prepared to wait a LONG time for results (even if it's a furnace in the middle of winter). Fixing things might take a day and it might take a month.
Parking is ample here, each unit get's one garage space.
The higher rent rates (listed at $1050 below was for a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome apartment) are usually for the good apartments. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend living here UNLESS you can afford to move into the newest building.
Oh yeah, and be prepared to be annoyed by a ton of little kids running around and being little shi** during the warm days.

If you decide to live there, please read the lease and DO NOT BELIEVE what they tell you, they trick you telling you the OPPOSITE of what is stated in the lease.BAD MANAGMENT, old ugly apartments, may be cheap, but you'll pay in the long term. Unsafe
also.
