The quality rating of excellent is based on living in the 14030 building (building where the office is located). This building is the newest on the property and has a security entrance. Living in the other buildings on the property might not be a good idea. The management and staff are all very friendly, HOWEVER... when it comes time to get something fixed, be prepared to wait a LONG time for results (even if it's a furnace in the middle of winter). Fixing things might take a day and it might take a month. Parking is ample here, each unit get's one garage space. The higher rent rates (listed at $1050 below was for a 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome apartment) are usually for the good apartments. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend living here UNLESS you can afford to move into the newest building.
