Low-income housing unit, and it is very obvious. Always people outside talking/staring and smoking near doors. Neighbors are very rude, play loud music/have parties often and at all hours; and could always smell drugs. Managers on-site are rude, and are as bad as other tenants (except for loud music/partying). Did not feel welcome after moving in. Managers were hard to communicate with and never in office during the day. Units are not in great shape and always in need of some repair. Wanted to move out within a month of moving in.
