If you want to live in a place where there is liter and garbage everywhere then SILVAN TOWNHOMES are right for you!! They recently made "improvements" by switching from having individual garbage cans to large dumpsters. First of all there isn't nearly enough dumpsters for all of the tenant so people have to throw their garbage bags all over the ground. Second, people are way to lazy to even walk to the dumpsters to throw away dog feces and their fast food bags. There is a pond with about 4 old bikes thrown into it. What does management do about this? They avoid your numerous call to the office. I can't even tell you how many voicemails I've left them with no response. In our household we support the police. I have call 4 times and waived down maintenance to ask that they remove the "F-12" spray-painted on the side of my home. It has now been there for 6 months and has not once been attempted to be removed. If you are looking to rent please take my advise and look somewhere else!! ...
