Waters in my complexes is shut off attested once a month, the walls and doors here are as paper thin as it gets, small children randomly run up and down the halls at about 11 to 1 at night and if one of your neighbors has a party forget sleeping without ear plugs, Then there’s the staff old then the river behind the complex, they don’t expect and thing other than cash or check as payment so can’t use ur bill pay, Plus they can’t understand u when u walk in and they treat u like dirt when they have to do something, Then there’s the parking they'll tow u but let the guys car which hasn’t moved in 3months take a prim parking spot, don’t rent here in the winter cause shortys will tow u even if ur parked legit, that runs about 250 so be prep for that, maintenance is a laugh my elevator was down the day I moved in then was under repair for a month and about a month after repairs my girl friend help get a gal call for help because she was stuck in the elevator and the phone in the thing didn’t work..................... I rented from summer '07 through spring '08. ...
