Always doing loud construction... it seems like it never stops! The elevators break down often, and laundry is too expensive. They have a decent fitness room, though, and a nice party area. The walls were super thin and I could hear everything that was going on in the room above and next to mine. The elevators are usually broken down and they are really noisy at night when you're trying to sleep. I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
