Within hours, they left voicemails, offered a hotel, and scheduled a repair that was finished in one visit. That repair option had been available the entire time β€” they just didn’t act until legal pressure forced them to. This wasn’t some minor inconvenience. It disrupted my life and my wife’s life β€” both of us are disabled veterans. We had medical needs and work obligations that made it impossible to just pack up and leave. We were stuck, and they knew it. During the hearing, property management blamed the length of time on the warranty process, never apologized, and claimed they did everything they could.
