Maintenance requests continually take forever or are ignored; have been without hot water for 6 weeks now and was told "no guarantees". I'm sorry, but I didn't ask to rent a less then 150" foot room with warm water, I wanted to turn the faucet on and
have hot water. Or had my ceiling collapse, and when I asked what accomodations were being made for this, again ignored. Also came home late at night twice now and my entrance key fob was deactivated. And for the record, this hotel has no elevator. At all. Just stairs.
