I don't care what people think about in regards to apartment living. First, you pay alot of money to live in any apartment, and they are run by huge companies with very deep pockets most of the time. You should never be treated poorly by management or any of the employees of the apartment complex. You should never feel like your place is outdated and falling apart. Well, I have lived here at this place for 18 months and regret ever moving here. The management is incompetent and the company, that is huge and owns the building along with about 27 Properties here in Minnesota, is terrible and rude so be careful when searching, "Shelter Corporation" is the name of the management company. Shelter Corporation tends to lean more towards providing section 8 and college dorm living. they will not listen to or address any normal tenant issues. They openly try to run the place on their own terms without ever looking at or asking the tenants for suggestions on things. The maintenance crew is untrained and inexperienced some of them that live here on the grounds and represent the company are nasty and keep the areas around their units dirty and unsightly. The Eagan police department say that this complex is number 3 out of all the other apatments for crime and domestic disputes in all of Eagan. If you like to feel like you are living in a college dorm or don't mind trashy section 8 living then this is the place for you, otherwise run for the hills.
