It is good, I had a very good time there with great neighbors. The maintenance team are always quick and helpful. The community is always clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed staying there. I would love to move in again anytime soon.

It was an interesting experience. They did everything they could to help us when we needed it. Unfortunately, there were times of miscommunication that was never fully resolved. It worked out in the end.

Living here is very convenient. Buses leading to campus and other places in town like the dmv, walmart, river hills mall, downtown etc come by the complex every 20 minutes and makes commuting easy. For students going to MSU, this is absolutely free. The complex offers a lot of facilities and amenities such as the gym, hot tub, pool etc., and sanitation is regularly maintained. Responses to maintenance requests are timely. Some apartments are pet friendly and neighbours are often respectful of shared spaces. ...
