This place is perfect. Well maintained during winter, great managers, clean and quiet, close to campus. As an undergrad I lived here and did not have a single issue. The apartment was renovated, had everything you need including washer/dryer, dishwasher,parking spots. The price is very very good compared to what's around it and what they offer. The maintenance team is always working and helpful. Managers are very nice as well. Bus stop right in front takes you to downtown Ann Arbor and Central campus within 20 minutes. Overall would really recommend this to someone looking for a place to live in the area ...
