I never lived here, but I visted and changed my mind. There was duck poop everywhere outside so of course it was kind of smelly. And there a lot of various ethnic races there. Some who have distinctive hygiene and dietary habits. In my opinion, it made the apartment hallways smell funny. I did not like it. Then on the brochure I was given it said they pay heat and water, but when I talked to the lady she said it was not included. (Well why is is written on the brochure?) ...
