There are so many problems with this place, it's hard to know where to start. It's supposedly gated, but the gates are broken all the time (stuck open), so people come and go at will. There's no guard, so cars tailgate in constantly too. 3 months after moving here, my apartment was broken into and robbed blind, and none of the neighbors called the cops or management, despite my door being smashed off its hinges for a whole day while I was gone. Neighbors even told police, in interviews after, that they had heard a ruckus, but no one did anything. Management is no good either. It's turned over 2 or three times in the few years I've lived here. Policies outlined by the original managmenet are no longer honored, even though no notice of policy changes were given. We're being screwed out of hundreds of dollars because we didn't give enough move-out notice, even though our original move-in coordinator assured us that it was unnecessary. It's like management goes out of their way to alienate residents and make them feel unwelcome and stupid. They don't value their residents or treat them with respect. I rented from winter '08 through fall '09. ...

Recently two buildings have had apartments burglarised. Management has not had the decency to send out letters to inform residents or just a note of awareness. Instead when asked about the incidents, they seem to have memory loss and do not consider the safety of the residents. I will not renew my lease and all future residents beware. I rented from fall '05 through winter '07. ...
